  1. What software provider are you using?

    We are using Playtech, the world’s largest publicly-traded online gaming software supplier.


  2. What is the minimum pc specs requirement to play game?

    Minimum Requirements:
    * 500MHz or faster CPU.
    * At least 512 MB RAM.
    * Microsoft Windows 98, 2000 or newer operating system; Linux operating system.
    * Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla or Firefox browsers (supported versions depend on operating system; 6.0 or higher is recommended).
    * Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22.87 or newer.

    Recommended Requirements:
    * Pentium III, 1 GHz CPU or higher.
    * At least 512 MB of RAM.
    * 256 MB video card with 32-bit color (1024x768 or higher)
    * Microsoft Windows XP or newer.
    * Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla or Firefox browsers (supported versions depend on operating system; 6.0 or higher is recommended).
    * Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22.87 or newer.


  3. Why can't I open the website to download?

    In such occasions, there is a chance that the website has been blocked. Contact your agent for a new website URL from which to download the game.


  4. Why can't I download and install the game client?

    Please check your anti-virus software’s Security Level setting. We recommend that it be set to "Recommended" level, not "High".


  5. Why can't I login to the game client?

    For security purposes, player account will be inaccessible if player inputs incorrect username or password three (3) times. If this happens, immediately contact your agent for help. Please check your internet connection status as well.


  6. Why can't I download a specific game in the game lobby?

    Your anti-virus software "Security Level" might be set too high and therefore block the game download. Either turn it off or lower the security level. Log back into the game client and try again.


  7. Why do live game videos hang sometimes?

    This may be due to temporary poor connection by your internet provider. This might also be related to your computer’s performance. Restart and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your agent.


  8. Why are there sometimes no available table for live games?

    Sometimes this is due to either problems with the Internet connection, or perhaps because of the upgrading or maintenance of the game server. If it relates to Live Blackjack, the table may be full; if so, please try another table or add yourself to the waiting list for the next available table.
